InVestgo Ventures Ltd. is a locally owned company with eight shareholders who strongly believe in development opportunities in Prince George, BC.
Our history starts with the purchase of 'The Willows' on 6th Avenue in Prince George, a 21 unit apartment style building which we converted into Condominiums and sold. The response was phenomenal and the building sold out within a very short time period.
After this success, InVestgo bought and rezoned four lots downtown on 6th Ave into a 'narrow lots' concept. We then proceeded to build two homes on two of these lots, each with detached double garages and targeting people who wanted to downsize but were not quite ready for condo living.
Again the response was very positive with large numbers of visitors viewing the homes during the open house events.
Award Winning
InVestgo Ventures Ltd. won a Silver Award through the Canadian Home Builders' Association (CHBA) of Northern BC for best single detached home 1500 - 1999 sq ft. We are very proud and honoured on being recognized for the quality and care we put into our homes.
Our Next Project
Based on our previous success and from the response we have received, the timing for our next project is perfect. InVestgo Ventures is now looking to create our crowning jewel with an eighteen (18) unit luxury six (6) story condominium structure, located in downtown Prince George at 1699 - 7th Avenue.
'The Elms on Seventh' is luxury living and we are extremely proud of what we have designed. It will be the first six story steel and concrete condominium ever built in Prince George, the first with a roof top patio, and the first one that addresses luxury living with superior finishes.
