'Homes on 6th'...

Detached 'Narrow Lot' Homes

After the success of 'The Willows', InVestgo bought and rezoned four lots on 6th Avenue in Prince George, BC into a narrow lots concept.

We then proceeded to build two homes on two of these lots, each with detached double garages and targeting people who wanted to downsize but were not quite ready for condo living.

UPDATE: we've now completed two additional homes on the remaining narrow lots - check out new pictures of the interiors below!
